Editorial Policy
JRRS is managed by a structured editorial board comprising a Chairman, Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Associate Editors, Editorial Consultants, and Assistants. All submissions undergo initial compliance checks by the Managing Editor. Suitable manuscripts are then sent for double-blind peer review by three independent reviewers. Majority decision guides acceptance, while conflicting outcomes are resolved by the editorial board. Final decisions rest with the Managing Editor. The journal publishes biannually. All editorial members declare and manage any conflicts of interest in line with COPE guidelines.
